The Township of Ear Falls is seeking proposals for the operation of the Ear Falls Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse for the upcoming season. Closing date for proposals is March 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Details for the RFP are available for pick up at the Municipal Office during business hours.
Canadian Free Trade Agreement
The Township of Ear Falls intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) on a go forward basis. For further information and access to LAS request for proposal (RFP) notices, please review the website at www.las.on.ca
This notice is provided in compliance with obligations under The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) which requires the municipality (a procurement entity) disclose its participation with a buying group as follows:
7. A procurement entity shall publish a notice of its participation with the buying group at least annually on one of the tendering websites or systems designated by its Party. That notice shall direct potential suppliers to the buying group tender notices website if it is different from its Party’s tendering websites or systems.
