The Township of Ear Falls owns and operates the Ear Falls Community Health Centre facility, located at 25 Spruce Street. This facility has numerous health and social service tenants. Their services are described in more detail below.
Community Health Centre / Family Health Team
With a full time Doctor and two Nurses on staff, the Clinic offers scheduled appointments Monday to Friday.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduled appointments
- Blood and lab work
- Ministry of Transportation medical reviews
- Northern Ontario Travel Grant Application for medical related travel to Dryden, Kenora, Thunder Bay and Winnipeg

Community Counselling and Addiction Services is a community-based, non-profit organization that offers free confidential services in the Red Lake/Ear Falls area. Services include:
- Mental Health Counselling (people 18+)
- Mental Health Case Management
- Substance Abuse Assessment and Counselling (people 12+)
- Problem Gambling Assessment and Counselling (people 12+)

Crisis Response Services (Red Lake/Ear Falls)
Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Support for Everyone. Trained Crisis Workers are available 24-hour a day by Phone or Text. Face to Face service is also available during scheduled hours of operation. This program is a partnership between Community Counselling and Addiction Services and the Red Lake / Ear Falls Ontario Provincial Police.

FIREFLY offers free confidential services with the goal of improving the emotional, physical and developmental health of children, youth and their families in the Red Lake and Ear Falls area. Services include:
